Features

#01 PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS

Programs are matched to the user's goal and level: stretching, lower-body, strength and cardio. Every exercise comes with a video and a timer.

#02 NUTRITION PLANS

A nutrition section with meal categories and recipes that complement the training program and help keep the diet on track.

#03 PROGRESS TRACKING

A daily summary report: steps, sleep, water, heart rate and goal completion shown on clear rings and charts.

#04 FEED AND CHALLENGES

A feed with workouts and motivational content, plus fitness challenges that keep users engaged and help them stick with training.

#05 PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

Core features are free, while advanced programs and plans unlock with a subscription. Upgrading to premium takes one tap from the profile.

Development process details

We started by analyzing why people abandon fitness apps: overly complex programs, no visible progress and repetitive content. We studied the journeys of both beginners and experienced athletes, reviewed competitors and defined the key health metrics worth surfacing on the home screen — steps, sleep, water and heart rate. This shaped the app structure: workouts, nutrition, progress reports, a feed and a premium subscription.

We built the product iteratively, moving from prototype to release-ready app:

  • UX research and prototyping: user journey mapping, a quick onboarding with goal selection, and prototype testing with real users.
  • Design and mobile development: a unified design system, workout and nutrition plan screens, summary reports with heart-rate charts and progress rings, and a personal profile.
  • Integrations and testing: health data from the smartphone, payments and the premium subscription, a video content feed, QA and preparation for App Store release.

Design and interface

The interface plays a deep dark background against a bright lime accent that highlights buttons, workout tags and key metrics, while the dark theme reduces eye strain during training. The summary report is composed of compact cards — progress rings, a heart-rate chart, goals, water and sleep — so the day's status can be read in seconds. Workout and nutrition sections use soft pastel cards and large photography, and exercise videos run as full-width blocks so users instantly see what's ahead.

Unique solutions and innovations

Personalization from the first launch

A short onboarding that captures goals and fitness level generates an individual training and nutrition program, so users get a ready plan right away instead of an empty screen.

1

A single health dashboard

Steps, sleep, water, heart rate and goals live in one report with progress rings, so there's no need to jump between sections to see how the day went.

2

A dark interface built for training

The dark theme with lime accents stays readable at the gym or at home in any lighting, and large controls are easy to tap mid-exercise.

3

A freemium model with a smooth upgrade

Premium features are woven into everyday flows: users see the value of the subscription in the context of their workouts rather than on a separate paywall screen.
